I grew up in a neighborhood in Atlanta, actually very close to Emory University, called Toco Hills. In Toco Hills, there is a large population of Jews and a variety of local Jewish businesses in the area. But this neighborhood isn't like your typical neighborhood. Located on the main road, Lavista Road, there are four synagogues and many different restaurants and stores that Jews can go to. Because of this main road and several important locations, everyone is very tight-knit and everyone is extremely friendly.
